Irina Shayk and cute new baby Lea enjoy a day out together as model shows off slender post-baby figure

SHE only gave birth four months ago but Irina Shayk has already proved she has what it takes to be an amazing working mother.

The 31-year-old was spotted taking a stroll with her daughter Lea de Seine just hours after sharing a picture of herself in her underwear as she shot a new campaign.

Looking happy and healthy the stunning model opted for a casual ensemble of leggings and trainers, while she covered her face with a cap.

Her little one, who looked very excited,  was strapped to her front as they enjoyed the weather in LA.

Earlier Irina delighted fans as she showed off her impressive abs in a semi sheer set of underwear by Intimissimi.

Irina, who has been the face and body of the brand since 2007, captioned the image ‘Summer with Intimissimiofficial’.

Her fans could not quite believe what amazing shape she is in so soon after welcoming a baby.

One person remarked: “Imagine she’s had a baby”, while another wrote “she just had a baby. That bodyyyyy tho 😭😭😭😍😍.”

And someone else commented: “I can’t believe she has a kid…”

While Irina is busy back at work, her boyfriend and father of the baby Bradley Cooper attended the Wimbledon’s Men’s Singles final in the UK.

Prior to that the couple enjoyed a break in Tahiti alongside Allison Williams and her husband Ricky Van Veen,  Anderson Cooper and his partner Benjamin Maisani, as well as designer Diane von Furstenberg.

The star – who previously dated Cristiano Ronaldo – has been romantically linked to Hollywood actor Bradley Cooper since early 2015.

The pair welcomed their daughter Lea on 21 March 2017 – with the child born in Los Angeles.

Bradley, 42, and Irina never commented on or confirmed her pregnancy, though the Russian star first began showing a hint of a baby bump when she walked the Victoria’s Secret runway in November 2016.

At the time a source told E!: “Irina and Bradley are so excited to be parents.
