FINALLY Manchester United star Eric Bailly's wait for a league goal is over... and Twitter loved it.
The Ivory Coast defender finally ended years of hurt by getting himself on the scoresheet on Saturday.
He reacted quickest to stick his leg out and knock the ball over the line after Paul Pogba's header had crashed off the bar in the Premier League clash at Swansea on Saturday.
The delight on his face was obvious as he was mobbed by his team-mates after breaking the deadlock.
And the feeling is not one the centre-half is used to.
Bailly's only other strike in his career to date came two years ago for previous club Villareal.
His goal came in the Europa League against Dinamo Minsk during a 4-0 triumph.
The unusual event certainly caught the imagination of football fans on Twitter.
