Former Playboy model Dani Mathers who body-shamed OAP could face JAIL after ‘shirking’ community service

She appeared in an LA court to submit proof of any progress made on the 240 hours she was ordered to complete after being convicted of an invasion of privacy charge

A FORMER Playboy playmate who infamously posted a "body-shaming" photo of a naked pensioner is facing  jail for shirking her court punishment.

Dani Mathers was told to show proof of any progress she has made on the 240-hours community service she was ordered to complete after being convicted of an invasion of privacy charge.

And the model revealed she has only completed 54 of the hours so far -  less than a quarter of the figure she needs to complete by the next time she appears in court on January 17.

Mathers decided to take a plea deal and do 30 days of graffiti removal instead of having to serve 45 days in jail.

The 30-year-old is also on probation for 36 months for a picture that she posted on her social media.

She posted a Snapchat shot of a naked woman in gym changing room with the caption: "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."

Failure to complete the community service on time could result in Mathers having to serve the full 45 days behind bars.

Mathers pleaded no contest to misdemeanour invasion of privacy in Los Angeles County Superior Court for the so-called body shaming case back in May.

Although she didn't admit guilt, the plea was recorded  by the court as a conviction.

The 2015 Playmate of the Year insisted she intended to send the photo privately to a friend and posted it publicly by accident.

The outrageous incident quickly sparked a backlash that erupted on social media.

Mathers lost modelling jobs and work as a radio host, her lawyers said. She also complained of being bullied online.

The 70-year-old victim’s lawyer Mike Feuer said his client used the word “humiliating” to describe how she felt.

“Body-shaming is inhumane,”

Mr Feuer added: “It tears down the victim’s self-respect. It has devastating consequences. It stigmatises victims.

“She has been humiliated. She’s relieved that she didn’t have to endure a trial and testify, but she was willing to do so.”

He also slammed Miss Mathers for speaking out about the effect the scandal and court case has had on her life.

Mr Feuer said: “Miss Mathers is attempting to portray herself as the victim. She is not the victim. She is the perpetrator.”

The model, 30, faced a furious backlash online over her “sob story” interview on ABC in which she claimed she has been forced to go into hiding after receiving death threats.
