FANS of teatime quiz show Pointless have been left wondering where it has disappeared to.
So when is back on TV? And what has it been replaced with? Here's what you need to know...
When is Pointless back on TV ?
Pointless came off air during the Wimbledon coverage on BBC One.
However, there is no date yet for it to return.
A BBC spokesperson told : "Pointless is taking a break over summer and we’ll announce its return date in due course."
What is being shown on BBC One instead of Pointless?
New game show Impossible is being shown instead at 5.15pm weekdays on BBC One.
Rick Edwards is the host of this new series.
The show sees 24 recurring contestants compete for the chance to win £10,000, with a single 'impossible' answer knocking them out for the day.

How does Pointless work?
Pointless is hosted by Alexander Armstrong and Richard Osman.
Each episode of the quiz features teams of two contestants attempting to find correct but obscure answers to general knowledge questions in order to score as few points as possible, and become eligible to compete for the show's cash jackpot.
It has been running at teatime on BBC One since 2009.
