Lavish life of

billionaire Duke

of Westminster,

31, who owns

‘half of London’

At 25, Hugh Grosvenor became a billionaire with an estimated fortune of £9billion. Now worth over £10billion, the seventh Duke of Westminster and his family rank as the 12th richest in the country

As the head of a property empire that owns more than 1,500 buildings globally - including Park Lane and half of Mayfair - Hugh, 31, is often described as owning 'half of London'

And his close relationship with royals like Prince William, Prince Harry and Kate Middleton have also seen him dubbed the 'UK's most eligible bachelor'

Before inheriting his father's fortune Hugh enjoyed the occasional boozy party, and like any young man, he has a few snaps he'd rather forget

For his 21st birthday in 2012, his father splashed a whopping £5million on a lavish bash including free flowing champagne and a lights show

Whilst he's kept his relationship status under wraps, it has previously been reported that Hugh was in an on-off relationship with Harriet Tomlinson, although it is not known whether they are still together

Hugh took over his father's title and fortune after his death in 2016, and in recent years has opted to donate millions to philanthropic causes including the Government's pandemic response
