Kelly  Brook

Some of my skinniest times were my most miserable says

As one of the most fancied women of the Noughties, and a consistent topper of lads’ mag FHM’s sexiest women list, in 2005 Kelly shouldn’t have had many hang-ups about her looks.

But the stunner, here in 2000, said “Even when I was a lot thinner I didn’t think I was good enough”. But now says she’s more confident in herself than ever.

Kelly, 43, explained: “The best part about getting older is that all those insecurities just fade away. You think outside yourself and are no longer as self-obsessed or self-focused.”

She credits her new husband, actor-model Jeremy Parisi, for helping her keep her curvaceous figure — because she is happier than ever.

She explained: “When you go through break-ups and things like that, it really impacts your diet, and some of my skinniest times were also some of my most miserable.”

"It’s no coincidence I’m the happiest with my body now I’m married, I love my job, I love my colleagues, I’m older and everyone in my family seems to be healthy, touch wood.”

She tied the knot with Jeremy, her partner of seven years, in a romantic ceremony in July in the historic Cicerone Tower in the Italian coastal town of Civitavecchia.
