Lucy Letby was a children’s neonatal nurse in The Counter of Chester Hospital, where in 2018, she was arrested on suspicion of murdering eight babies. On August 18, 2023, following a nine-month trial and 22 days of jury deliberation, the 33-year-old was found guilty of seven counts of murder, and attempting to kill six others.
