Raoul Moat
On July 3, 2010, Raoul Moat embarked on a horrific shooting spree by first injuring his ex-girlfriend Samantha Stobbart and killing her partner Chris Brown. The next day, Moat fired at on-duty police officer David Rathband as an extensive manhunt began. After a week-long search across Northumbria, Moat, in a stand-off with police on July 10, 2010, shot himself.
ITV’s The Hunt For Raoul Moat is a true-crime drama that covers the aftermath of this tragic event.
