Thomas Tuchel is a German football manager who is currently in charge of the England national team. He succeeded Gareth Southgate as Three Lions boss in October 2024. Tuchel has been boss at Mainz, Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain. In 2021, he joined Chelsea, where he went on to win the Champions League in his first season, beating Manchester City 1-0 in the final. In 2023 he took over at Bayern Munich, where he won the Bundesliga and pushed for the signing of Harry Kane before leaving at the end 0f the 2023-24 season. In October 2024 he was approached by the FA to lead England into the 2026 World Cup in USA, Canada and Mexico.
