BELGIUM’S World Cup squad might have been leaked early due to a bizarre bedroom gaffe.
Roberto Martinez named a provisional 28-man party for the tournament last week.
He is due to name his final cut of 23 on Monday after the Red Devils’ friendly against Portugal this weekend.
However, broadcasters VRT may just have let the cat out of the bag early while filming the nation’s preparations for the tournament.
They shared a piece of footage showing a pile of mattresses waiting to be shipped to Belgium’s team hotel in Russia.
Each one had a label of which player it had been assigned to.
That led to eagle-eyed viewers being able to identify which five men they believed were set to face heartbreak and be left out.
And if they are right, goalkeeper Matz Sels, defenders Christian Kabasele and Jordan Lukaku, midfielder Leander Dendoncker and winger Adnan Januzaj are the unlucky members.

The error caused that much of a stir that Martinez was forced to refute the mattresses' accuracy, telling the national side’s Twitter account: “The story of the mattresses is not true. Nobody sent a list to anyone.”
We will soon find out whether the Spaniard’s words were just pillow talk or whether it really was a king-size blunder.
