THIS is the moment Kevin De Bruyne flattened Belgium team-mate Adnan Januzaj with a horror slide tackle in training.
Forget 'going easy' with physical contact in training, the Manchester City star was taking no prisoners at their Moscow base.
And with Belgium set to make their World Cup bow on Monday against Panama, it perhaps wasn't what boss Roberto Martinez would have wanted to see.
The ball was played out wide to former Manchester United winger Januzaj.
De Bruyne, wearing an orange bib, then sprints over to the 23-year-old clearly desperate to snatch back possession.
He then launches into a vicious slide tackle that sends the Real Sociedad star flying into the air.
As Januzaj stays grounded, De Bruyne runs off, seemingly without a care in the world.
It is believed Januzaj escaped injury-free from the robust challenge, and seemed happy enough a day later as he posed for a photo with team-mates that was shared on social media.
Belgium once again travel to a World Cup looking to deliver on high expectations.
Blessed with a talented group of young players, this may be the year that they finally click and put up a proper challenge for the trophy.
