World Cup 2018: Sergio Ramos appears to mock Cristiano Ronaldo in Spain training after Nacho gives penalty away against Portugal

The Real Madrid centre-back mimicked the 33-year-old over his controversial penalty during the Group B opener

SERGIO RAMOS has appeared to mock his Real Madrid team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo during a Spanish training session today.

The 33-year-old starred for Portugal against the 2010 World Cup winners as his hat-trick help his side salvage a point during the 3-3 draw.

Ramos, 32, looked to mimic Ronaldo as he dived into Nacho - the player that gave away a penalty after fouling the Real Madrid ace on Friday

But it was his opener that caused outrage from Spain, with many believing he dived as Nacho came over to tackle.

However, replays clearly show the Los Blancos defender clipping the leg of Ronaldo, as he done a step over before racing past him.

He subsequently scored the spot-kick, as he sent David De Gea the wrong way - much to the anger of the Spanish squad.

And Ramos looks to have mimicked the five-time Ballon d'Or winner in hilarious fashion during training.

The 32-year-old did a step over of his own to get past Nacho, before falling to the ground as he threw himself into the 28-year-old - who raised his arms to protest his innocence.

Several of his team-mates - including De Gea and Cesar Azpilicueta - noticed the incident, and saw the funny side as they walked away chuckling.

While Ramos himself got up and gave Nacho a wry smile, much like Ronaldo did after he won the penalty.

Barcelona defender Gerard Pique was outraged with Ronaldo after the epic draw on Friday, insisting he conned the referee.
