World Cup 2018: Dele Alli insists England have not lost momentum after Belgium defeat as Three Lions hit gym

The Three Lions suffered their first defeat on the tournament against Belgium, but Alli believes they are ready to go for their crunch match against Colombia

DELE ALLI insists that the Belgium defeat has not damaged their spirit and fight to win the World Cup.

The England star feels they are ready to go with the squad training hard in the gym ahead of their last 16 clash against Colombia.

The Three Lions suffered their first loss of the tournament as they were beaten by an Adnan Januzaj wonder strike.

After victories over Tunisia and Panama, Belgium was their first major test in Russia, one that they failed.

But Alli, 22, believes that nothing has changed and they are only looking ahead to the Colombia match on Tuesday.

He said in a press conference: "As players we support any decision the manager makes.

Alli is expected to return against Colombia, following an injury in their win over Tunisia.

Victory at the Otkrytie Arena on Tuesday will set up a tie against either Sweden or Switzerland in the quarter-finals.
