Is this the moment Cristiano Ronaldo decided to quit Real Madrid for Juventus three months ago?
Portuguese forward received a standing ovation after his spectacular bicycle kick against Juve
BACK in April, Cristiano Ronaldo stunned Juventus' home support with a spectacular bicycle kick.
The Turin fans rose to their feet and gave the Portuguese star a standing ovation, as he showed his appreciation with a chest pump.
Three months on and it appears a genuine possibility that Ronaldo could be playing for those fans next season, after he was linked with an £88million move.
He said after that Champions League quarter-final: "That was one of the nicest moments I've had this evening.
"For people to applaud me at a stadium like that of Juventus, where they've had great players and where they have great players, is a top moment.
"I'm very happy and excited because this has always been a club that I've liked since I was a little boy.
"For them to applaud you, that stays in your heart. I have to thank all of the Italians who were here in the stadium and who applauded me. Grazie!"
Real Madrid sources have confirmed they are prepared to sell the Portuguese forward, 33.
Italian champs Juve were the first to make their move and it is understood their £88m bid is acceptable.
They are willing to pay Ronaldo, 33, £26.5m per year, slightly more than £500,000 per week.
And while the he is ready to trade La Liga for Serie A after nine years at the Bernabeu, his agent Jorge Mendes, has held open the door for Juve's offer to be trumped.

Ronaldo's camp have confirmed the Juve offer but sources have suggested they expect more offers to come in the next few days.
And that leaves a window of opportunity for Manchester United to nip in and bring Ronaldo back to Old Trafford if they want to try.
They have attempted to re-sign him on two previous occasions since he left for a then-world record £86m in 2009.
Whether boss Jose Mourinho would be as keen as the United fans to have Ronaldo in his ranks is less clear after the pair fell out during their final season together at Real in 2012-13.
