Les Bleus will be looking to avenge their 2006 World Cup defeat in what will be their third final in the competition.

Deschamps was the victorious captain in 1998 and he is hoping to become just the third manager to win the tournament as a player and a coach.

Yet, the memory of Euro 2016's final defeat to Portugal will still be fresh.

France have beaten Argentina, Uruguay and Belgium in the knockout stages en route to the final.
