ROY KEANE slammed the World Cup closing ceremony as "nonsense".
Will Smith performed in front of 80,000 fans at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow moments before the final between France and Croatia kicked off.
ITV pundit Keane, 46, when asked whether he enjoyed it, said: "Not really, no.
"You're always thinking about the players in the dressing room and [there's] all this nonsense. "
Perhaps Keane, who made up with Ian Wright after rowing on-air with the Arsenal legend, would prefer life at the BBC who did NOT show the ceremony.
The Beeb - who showed the sendoff on the red button - were blasted by viewers for keeping cameras on their pundits.
Those who did see the closing ceremony were left unimpressed as it was described as "boring" by fans.
Smith was joined by American and Kosovar singers Nicky Jam and Era Istrefi on the pitch.
Ronaldinho started the party off by playing the drums while people danced around him.
But it was the only moment viewers seemed to enjoy.
