Deschamps lifted the trophy back in 1998 as he captained France on home soil.

And he has masterminded this summer's triumph as France beat Croatia 4-2 in Moscow.

Zagallo won the World Cup as a player twice with Brazil, in 1958 and 1962.

Then as the manager of the Samba Boys, Zagallo guided the country to World Cup glory as boss when Brazil beat Italy in 1970.

Footie legend Beckenbauer helped West Germany to win the World Cup in 1974 on home turf.

He then managed the side in 1990 when West Germany beat Argentina 1-0.

It was made all the sweeter as he was in charge when West Germany lost 1-0 to Argentina in 1986.
