Lil’ Kim looks weirder than ever after dramatic image overhaul

The Magic Stick rapper shocked with her unrecognisable face and shocking curves at a concert in Philadelphia

LIL’ Kim looks nothing like her former self following what seems to be her
most drastic cosmetic surgery to date.

The 41-year-old rapper showed off her alarming transformation at a concert in
the US over the weekend with a puffy face and shocking curves.

The Magic Stick singer squeezed herself into a bizarre sheer outfit as she
took to the stage at the BOOM Bash 2015 concert in Philadelphia,
accentuating her wide hips and pulling in her tummy with a leather belt.

But it did little to complement her appearance, with her bulging thighs on
show above knee-high peep-toe studded boots.

She originally shot to fame in 1996 aged just 22 but looks nothing like she
did when she released her debut album Hard Core.

For the past decade her appearance has become increasingly peculiar but fans
were in for a real surprise at the US show.

Her unnaturally blonde locks were swept to one side and her freaky face was
caked in make-up.

As well as extra large lips, she sported a fuller face during the set in which
she whipped through a selection of her hits.

Despite her extreme image change over the years, the Brooklyn-born star has
refused to comment on her appearance.

Asked earlier this year if she’d had surgery, she snapped back: “No
disrespect, no shade, but I’m not going to answer [that] question because I
think that’s kinda corny.

“I don’t know how to answer that.”

But in another online rant back in 2013 she claimed photos of her were being
doctored to sabotage her career.

She raged: “Years & years they have been photoshopping pics of me &
sabotaging my image.

“I’m not putting up with that s**t no more. All they have been proving is
im THAT b**ch with or without an album out & they always want to attack &
bring down the real ones. Today was the last straw.”
