MUM-OF-ONE Ferne McCann welcomed a baby girl last year in November 2017, and has wowed fans with her post-pregnancy weight loss.
But what do we know about the reality star’s fitness regime and diet?

Ferne works out three times a week and follows a strict regime.

In the past Ferne has admitted her weight goes up and down like most women, and is a believer that if you are going to the gym you can afford to treat yourself now and then.
Speaking to the , she said: “For me, it's all about making healthy choices, not starving yourself or denying yourself every day.
“I try to make healthy choices but it's not like I cut out carbs or alcohol or Chinese takeaways completely because they are things that I absolutely love. You have to treat yourself or else I think you'd be miserable.”
Recently she admitted that she has undertaken the 30 Day Challenge – where you avoid junk and processed foods.
What is Ferne McCann's exercise regime?
She told Lorraine in December that she hadn’t been to the gym since giving birth to her daughter, but was pictured back for the first time in January.
Previously she has said that alongside going to the gym, she enjoys playing team sports such as badminton and netball.
In the past she said she has been doing boxing and cardio-based weight training with a personal trainer.
Ferne's workouts with Ricky involve punishing squats and she’s posted pictures of her hard at work on her Instagram.

What has Ferne McCann said about post-baby weight loss?
She has put her recent svelte figure down to eating healthy dinners cooked by her mum and says she has been losing weight by breastfeeding.
She said: "Breastfeeding definitely helps.
"I feel like this skirt is covering up a few sins but I'm not going to the gym. [And I've been eating] mum's healthy sinners."
Ferne has moved back in with her mum since Sunday was born after struggling to cope on her own.
