The 28-year-old broke down as she was named runner up to the new jungle King, Harry Redknapp.

Emily has made no secret of how much she struggled with her self-confidence before signing up to the jungle.

A difficult break up with her boyfriend at the start of the year shattered her confidence, with Emily admitting she was constantly questioning herself.

But after she completed a three-week stint Down Under, Emily said her whole outlook on life had been changed.

Emily explained: “This place makes me cry all the time. It’s changed my life in so many ways.

“I came into this not with a difficult start to the year. I didn’t know what I was doing. I have so much self acceptance. I worry about things constantly at home. I realise I don’t have to do that.

“I will never doubt myself again. I can survive in the jungle so now I can do anything.

“It’s the most mental thing ever. I found new love and respect for myself.”

Emily became a firm fan favourite during her time in the jungle as she faced her fears and took on some seriously scary challenges.

Speaking to her jungle campmates  she said: "I had a very difficult start to the year in more ways than one.

"Coming here I've realised that I don't need to be anything other than myself because there's 10 of you in here and not a single one of you has judged a bone in my body.

"You have made me the happiest I've been in such a long time and I thank each and every one of you."

The 28-year-old wiped more tears away when she said later: "These people just don't realise how much they've changed my life.

"Changed the way I look at things. It's been amazing for me and I'll never forget any of it."
